I'm going to be honest… I used "other" protein powder, my old vitamins… and bought some "cheaper" glutamine and bcaas… but then I got tempted by the Physx Chocolate Peanut Butter. Game changer!!! the BCAAs - oh man! So much better then what I was using! Then I thought, why am I putting so much work into my body and not giving it all it deserves… I decided to bite the bullet and buy the multivitamins and EFAs… I have better energy and clarity plus I get so many compliments on my skin!.. I am now a believer in Physx supplements!... now I'm hooked!
